Tomatoes considered good a competent vegetable.

Tomato has lots of mineral and vitamin. Lycopene, vitamin A and vitamin C in the tomato, available care of cancer and adult disease effectively. Moreover vitamin A, C has active acidity ability; it helps prevent the aged disease. A tomato has many nutrients but has a few sugar and calorie. Its can help lower cholesterol and stop accumulate fat. And tomato contains lots of water, it can feel full easily. So it is effective of preventing obesity. As well as, the stop accumulate fat effect is good for hypertensive. Therefore, if someone eats tomato, he has a good shape body and good condition clearly. Because, he don’t have obesity, hypertension and he will be healthy thank to tomatoes.
